Who we are looking for
Two sides, two very different roles
In the UK, we need people who can hold a professional conversation with a practice partner — scoping engagements, running client relationships, and being the person accountable when something needs fixing. Practice experience matters here far more than sales experience.
On the delivery side, we need qualified and part-qualified accountants who want serious UK technical work rather than repetitive processing: UK GAAP, FRS 102 and 105, UK tax, and the file discipline that makes work genuinely review-ready first time.
Client-facing UK roles
Engagement leads and relationship managers with UK practice experience — ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent, and the judgement to scope work realistically.
Delivery roles
Qualified and part-qualified accountants across bookkeeping, accounts production, personal and corporate tax, payroll and audit support.
Reviewers
Senior reviewers who can hold a quality line under deadline pressure and explain a correction rather than just make it.
Operations
Process, workflow and information security people who make a delivery operation repeatable rather than heroic.
